El Dorado Inn

朝食が美味しかった。可愛らしいロビーに可愛らしい部屋。スタフが超親切とまではいかないものの、フレンドリー。

部屋にコーヒーメーカーが無かった点。但し、深夜は分からないが、ロビーに常にコーヒーが用意されていたので、問題はない。トイレのタンクが動作不良を起こした。新しいトイレに入れ替えた方が良い。シャワーのお湯が出るまでの時間が長い。

My stay was wonderful and the reakfast was delicious. Front desk was helpful as always. The cleaning crew and security are always in a pleasant mood which makes the stay even better.👍🏿

The rooms are basic but comfortable. The building itself is really cute. The best part is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful!

De beauty of the building

The cleaning staff was terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. When we were in the room in the morning, they were visibly irritated, sighing heavily and acting angrily when we told them we would be leaving soon so they could clean. One day the room wasn't cleaned at all, supposedly because we had put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign—even though we were out the entire day. The breakfast was okay. We're used to something different, but that’s a matter of taste. The lady with the large black glasses was very rude. When serving breakfast, she acted stingy towards us and looked annoyed when I asked if I could have two pancakes from a full tray for my little boy. Yet, every day, we saw her serve others with a plate piled high. She was not friendly to us at all. The only friendly staff members were the lady at breakfast with the soft face, usually dressed in black, and the older concierge. I found a rusty nail on the floor in our room and handed it in at the reception. My 5-year-old could have seriously hurt himself with it, and we didn’t even get an apology. Also, the water in the shower didn’t drain, so we had to stand in dirty water every day. I reported this for five days straight, and nothing was done about it.
