The location was excellent - walking distance to station, pier and shops.

The room was very warm despite the provision of a small fan. Also I did not appreciate having to pay an extra £10 just to check in a couple of hours early as clearly the room was already ready.

Clean, good shower, good towels. Easy parking. Great value.

Nothing much. It's a bit tatty and its age is obvious.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

The smell was really bad. It definitely needs a deep cleaning in the whole building especially the carpet and the mouldy shower heads. One elevator had liquid stains on the metal which would have been really easy to wipe off but they looked like they had been there for a while as no one bothered to do it. There were no amenities at all…. the double bed was really small, there was no air con, fridge. The tv in one room was on the top of the headboard so you couldn’t really use it. We stayed for 2 nights during a heatwave, the room service didn’t even enter our rooms let alone change our towels or toilet paper.
