Great location

Coach tours and just mobbed! Breakfast not relaxing at all

Great view, beautiful hotel, location directly across from pier, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast.

No air conditioner

Breakfast staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Location is as good as it gets, room was spotless

Parking situation is poor, communication was not provided regarding coach parking, and reception staff were confrontational and rude over the matter.

Parking available. Good breakfast. Large clean room and en-suite bathroom.

Light switches were too far away from the beds. Could do with a bedside lamp.

The room on the 4th floor was a spacious en-suite with plenty of storage space and a light and airy aspect. A very comfortable bed and tea or coffee making facilities, replenished every day. Meals were served in the large communal dining room and the staff coped admirably with the large numbers of guests, especially at breakfast times. Food was quickly delivered to order and both plentiful and hot.

The key-card room entry system was a little quirky, but once conquered was reliable.

The decor in room was awful and it was sad to see such a grand building indisrepair. The rain was actually coming through the window onto the inide window ledge which was devoid of paint so the wood would just be rotting. Wallpaperwas hanging and trunking for wires by the television was stuck out from the wall - the whole room including bathroom needs to be updated.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a very relaxing stay.
