I thought the venue was convenient for the tube and the coach pick up we needed to catch

Breakfast was OK.

No housekeeping beds never made or fresh towels. Very dirty around walls and windows Curtains in bedroom torn. Fan left in room for air-conditioning very noisy couldn't use it.

The staff and management were excellent, it had a family vibe to it. Very cosy I would definitely recommend it and stay again. The breakfast was very tasty and a good portion size. 10/10
