"Great place to stay at again, large, comfortable room, excellent included breakfast."

Large room, excellent breakfast included, very close to Hornchurch station. Also very good food for all meals.

The only thing we didn't like was the stairs and no lift for heavy luggage. We had stayed here before and knew about this. A staff member was happy to help move the heavy luggage upstairs and to help bring it down when we checked out

"It was adequate for our needs."

Location was fine although not in the heart of the town.

I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a separate check in desk. It was encompassed within the very busy bar area.
