Το απόλυτο 10αρι! The place to be, υπεροχο δωματιο, θεα, ευγενεστατο προσωπικο, πρωινο, πισινα και βολικοτατο location.. Κανοντας το check out ονειρευόμουν το επόμενο check in!

Amazing place and people were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were dreamy with excellent views and modern decor. Very spacious and comfortable and clean

The spa area needs more attention and more regular cleaning. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a very hot day, I would have expected a refreshment to make us feel comfortable. Also the breakfast was good and fresh but a little limited.

I was scuba diving at Kea Divers and the location was perfect for this. It was also very close to the restaurants. I loved the view of the bay, the spa, the deckchairs on the lawn and the infinity pool. The room was also fantastic and I loved the balcony. Breakfast was excellent and again having this with the view was incredible. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was always super clean and well maintained by the cleaning staff.

Same music on repeat. Even though it was very relaxing music it did get a bit repetitive. Small details but I was once served water from a bottle instead of it being served in a glass with ice. You wouldn’t usually get this in a 5 Star. The hotel could have pre organised a transfer from the port to the hotel. This would have made the experience better and again something that should already be in place for a 5 Star. Communication leading up to my trip could have been better such as “will you need a transfer?”. It was my first time on the island so everything was a bit unknown at first.
