Location, architecture of hotel and size of room was exceptional

The bed was not comfortable at all. There were no proper blinds so the room had light since 6am and we couldn't sleep. The hotel didn't have enough parking spaces for the guests and the ones existed oftenly occupied by non hotel cars causing us problem trying to find parking in a very busy area.There was no porter to take our luggage from our car and only the barman tried to help us as he was passing by. There was no ramp for our luggage from the car to the reception only stairs and there werent full time spa members and employees
