The amazing premises located at the best spot in the island. the view was outstanding as well and the staff very kind and helpful.

There is nothing that we didnt like about the property.

The only positive aspects were the location, the kindness of a couple of staff members, and the size and view of the room. Everything else, unfortunately, fell dramatically short of the standards of a 5-star property.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay, for which I paid over €8,500 for ten nights in a hotel advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards expected of such a classification – in reality, not even comparable to a modest 3-star establishment. Below I provide a detailed list of the issues encountered: 1. Breakfast: The quality of food was extremely poor, comparable to a 2-star hotel. 2. Housekeeping hygiene: Cleaning staff used the same gloves to clean the floor and handle cups, which is unacceptable. 3. Bathrobe: Not changed for 8 days and changed only because we asked for; my wife had to go downstairs since after a certain time there is only one person at the reception and no housekeeping! 4. Floor cleaning: Very poor – I have pictures showing hair left in the corners. 5. Waste removal: Empty bottles were left in the room until we ourselves put them in the bin. 6. Glasses: Wine glasses were never properly cleaned or replaced. 7. Coffee machine: After the 6th day, no more coffee pods were provided for the complimentary machine. 8. Safety incident: We had an accident with a cosmetic product (broken glass). Despite notifying housekeeping and reception immediately, it took over one hour for anyone to respond, and when we returned the shards were still on the carpet. 9. Curtains: They smelled extremely unpleasant. 10. Towels: Some were new and soft, while others were visibly old, rough, and worn out. 11. Asian restaurant: The quality of food was appalling. On the first night, some dishes were so bad that even the manager acknowledged the issue and removed them from the bill. 12. Parking: The hotel does not manage the very limited parking spaces, making it extremely difficult to find a spot in such a busy area. No valet service is offered. 13. Safe box: On arrival it was not functioning properly.
