Very clean and comfortable, good shower, staff gave us a ground floor room when they realised we had mobility issues.

We were stopping to rest overnight and beginning early the next morning. Up to this point we haad travelled 540 miles and the following day we had another 200 miles ahead of us. The arrival process was efficient and simple as we booked while we drove down the M6 on booking.com. Thank you for the simple process we were very tired and irritated. We were booked into a room on the ground floor and close to reception, which because I have severe arthritis was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and very nice. We needed food, a shower and sleep. The departure process was also super simple and that too was very much appreciated as we were on a deadline. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a little weak but acceptable.

I would have appreciated a toilet brush but that is such a minor thing I refuse to moan about it. Apart from that I have nothing to say bad about this place.
