Please inform Ramada Oxford if you will be arriving after 23:00 by the day of arrival, this is to assist the hotel with check-in procedures. 'When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £20 per Pet, per Stay applies (with a maximum of 2 Pets). Please contact us beforehand to request this and pay for it at check-in. There is a Pet Sanitation Fee at £75 only if required and additional charges may apply for longer length of stays with Pets, please contact the Hotel. Service Animals are welcome at no charge. When booking 6 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to contact you to pay a deposit of up to 50% of the booking to guarantee the booking for the hotel. Please note that an additional charge of £15 per person will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours / late check-out. A deposit may be required at the property.
