Absolutely everything no ac and staff were not helpful at all which was shocking a disgusting place would Definitely not recommend it to anyone

No air conditioning available Room provided upstairs was stuffy stagnant and no air Fan didn’t work was moved downstairs but room wasn’t very clean carpet around the bed hoovered but failed to do under desk or behind the door Male staff or reception was blunt and unfriendly

Room had no air con or cool ventilation. There was a fan provided, but the room was actually hotter than the 30 degree heat outside we realised on leaving the building. Lots of Cobwebs in the room. Bathroom dated

The staff were lovely. Very friendly. I'm appalled at the state they have to work in though. They deserve much better!

The lack of air flow in the building. Our room was so hot that after 5 mins of sitting still we were all dripping with perspiration and could barely sleep. The staff kindly fetched us a fan but that did not help at all because the fan didnt oscillate and it was only blowing hot air in one direction. The breakfast room could do with some ventilation and aor flow too. Even the air con in reception stopped working and wasnt enough for the size of the building. Come the morning, the corridors smelt of sewage and one room smelt like someone had been smoking weed in it, and was very strong as you walked past. An absolutely terrible stay - barely manged to sleep 2 hours, and that was only because I wet some towels in cold water for my family to lay on!! Wouldn't stay again - would rather risk the long journey home

Air conditioning didn’t work in room. It was very warm

A handy location for what I wanted, adjacent the motorway services. The room was clean, good hot shower, comfy bed, a good breakfast and the air-con worked well.
