The property was clean and the staff were helpful. My travelling companion was unwell. The staff were helpful in extending the time of our stay to allow us to extend our check out time (at a negotiated additional cost). Our room was comfortable.

I attempted to eat at the on site restaurant, (without a booking) however, the local residents were given priority over me, I was ignored and left without supporting them. I was disappointed in what I perceived to be rudeness and discriminatory behaviour.

Location

Some of the staff conduct wasn’t professional. Like entering the room without asking for permission and also opening wardrobes without prior approval.
