Poor television facility...poor staff they haven't carried my luggage to the room even...they charged extra money for drinking water also...not value for money at 5000/- price...food rate is overpriced...I can get a 5 star hotel in this money after getting a discount from my hotel friend ....

Location was super and the food and room was great but 2nd time when we stay @ same hotel and the room was not that great ROOM:108(Ac was not working and the bathroom shower was broken and we have to to order more water and call them every time why ? They Should give more water in the Room Why should we always called housekeepping and room service Why?
