Prisen som sto i Booking.com appen inkludert skatt og avgifter stemte ikke med prisen vi betalte for overnattingen. Vi endte opp med å betale nesten 20% mer enn oppgitt pris. Dårlig kundeservice

Vista bellissima sul lago! Camere spaziose e pulite con servizio di lavaggio panni Colazione abbondante a. Buffet Cena a buffet semplicemente buonissima

Avendo fatto un errore non voluto abbiamo prenotato 3 camere ma utilizzate solo 2 quindi abbiamo deciso di chiedere di tirarla via dal prezzo La loro risposta è stata che non potevano . Gli abbiamo lasciato la chiave per evitare di perderla e lo staff ci ha detto che rimaneva a nostra disposizione Ma dopo 2 ore avevano venduto la nostra camera ad un’altra persona senza averci scalato il costo della camera e facendola pagare ai nuovi clienti così facendo hanno incassato il doppio! Il biliardo non ho potuto utilizzarlo perché l’orario era tardivo! Ma sempre alla stessa ora delle persone srilankesi e clienti stavano facendo casinò con musica alta! La cosa non è mi sembrata molto equa !

La piscina con espectaculares vistas. Se respiraba tranquilidad en el ambiente y se estaba muy bien por la tarde viendo la puesta de sol. Habitación amplia y con buenas vistas también

En la habitación al dormir se escuchaban algunos ruidos, el aire acondicionado y la nevera que no se podia desconectar. Algun ruido que quizá venia de las cocinas. .

Nous n'avons pas voulu profiter de la piscine à cause de sa couleur verte Il y avait de nombreux insectes à l'extérieur le soir. Le buffet était copieux mais la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous

Diep, schoon en verkoelend zwembad. Hotel wordt door de staff gedragen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hotel is gebouwd in de jaren zeventig. Eén deel is gerenoveerd en een deel niet. Oude kamers, oude douches, weinig waterdruk. Maar de prijs was er naar.
