The scenery. The room, especially when upgraded was comfortable.

Having had a tiring day, couldn't find the hotel as the signage called it 'Lake' hotel and when realised that was the Giritale Hotel, the access to the car park and lobby was blocked with tents/marquees/an assembled stage(?), which looked like a place ready for a funeral. The worst was that there started a karaoke session with loud speaker system etc. which went on till 11.30pm when I had to inform staff that there were other paying guests trying to sleep after a long day. After complaining we were moved to another room the next day. EXTREMELY disappointed!

The food was excellent! The staff was friendly. The location and the views were amazing.

The pool had too much chlorine and the water had turned a little green.
