The location was good and had access to the beach. The staff were very accomodating and responded quickly to our requests.

Room 5. - the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor, there is no hot water in the bathroom. One of the pillows was mouldy. Breakfast was disappointing, no Sri Lankan breakfast even though we were advised we had a choice of either western or Sri Lankan on check in. The western breakfast consisted of one egg and some toast, one fruit, tea/coffee etc, if you wanted more it was available for a price. We have been travelling in Sri Lanka for over 3 weeks and this was the first hotel that wanted payment up front.

Nice location. They have private beach. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is served in buffet. Friendly staff. Value for money. Calm place

Fungus in pillows n towels. Only hot water hand shower in bathroom. Cant take good bath from it.
