Elegant Green Beach Resort

We genuinely enjoyed our time there. The friendly customer service made us feel welcome, and the clean rooms were a comforting touch. It truly felt like great value for the money spent. Plus, being so close to the beach was a delightful bonus!

Breakfast was too late and It was opened at 8.40 am. There was a laminated leaflet/brochure at the room clearly indicates complimentary portion of breakfast to keep the food consumption of the guests at a minimal level (eg. one option is12 string hoppers with sambal .....) and prices for additional consumption over the complementary portion was there as well. Small amount of foods were available from beginning in serving vessels making the guests to worry to serve adequate portion for them. The location of the restaurant is perfect at the beach with nice sea view.

There wasn't minimum furniture requirement in the rooms including no. cloth rack, no. proper table and no. chairs. There were two chairs at the varenda. Handing of breakfast as it is described previously, is really not up to the minimum standards and no. drinks (tea, coffee et.) were offered at the buffet.

Liked the location. Close to beach. Breakfast was good. Good value for money paid.

All the staff members are friendly and rooms were clean. Good location and resort has a private beach. Food was delicious. Good value for money

Best Breakfast im Sri Lanka! Privat Beach was cool. Nice and tidy room with a Real comfortable bed. Staff was really attentive.

Some minor improvments would be great. We had no closet in the room. The beach was not so clean.

This was a brilliant place to stay! The room and beachfront area were beautiful, everything was very clean and the location was ideal - being not far from both Trincomalee Fort and the beach strip. The managers were extremely helpful and booked a snorkelling tour on Pigeon Island for us (including snacks, transport and everything!). They gave the resort a very professional feel. The breakfast and food were also delicious and we loved the buffet style of it. In fact, it was the best breakfast of the whole trip for us!

They offer a buffet breakfast, and for a budget hotel, it exceeds expectations! The variety of options is impressive.

Their staff is extremely helpful, and the manager is a kind and friendly person. We felt right at home during our stay! It’s a fantastic choice for a family vacation.

We had the manager introduce himself and inform us of local events also that were occurring during our stay, which I thought was a nice touch. I also appreciated that when I had an issue, it was resolved straight away with no hassles, threats, raising voices or any kind of argument or hostility needed. It was a simple sure madam, sorry for the inconvenience and we will correct that for you!
