Room was lovely, staff were excellent, bed was really comfortable

Found it awkward to set the temperature in the shower. A coffee maker was provided but we didn't really know how to use it. Would have preferred to have some sachets of coffee provided as well

"In a nice setting, they call it a deluxe room nothing special posh soap"

The breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think they count the baked beans very small potion. Don’t know why because it’s the cheapest thing on the plate. Young girl called Megan was very good always smiling very helpful very good at her job

The menu and the portions were very small I’ve seen bigger pork pies than the chicken and leek pie
