Самое главное - персонал. Здесь никаких вопросов. Мы попали в неприятную ситуацию, в 3км от отеля у нас сломалась машина. За нами приехали ночью, организовали нам поздний ужин. Персонал в отеле - высший класс. Крайне заботливый.

Отель расположен в горах, а значит уже может быть холодно. Вот тут у отеля прокол. Никакого обогрева в номерах нет. А это же не лоджи в Непале. Ожидаешь более комфортных условий.

We had a truly wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional care provided by the caretaker and his wife. From the moment we arrived, they looked after us with genuine warmth and hospitality, always ready to assist without the slightest hesitation. Their kindness, attentiveness, and welcoming nature made us feel completely at home. It was clear they take great pride in ensuring guests are comfortable and well taken care of. We’re truly grateful for their efforts and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for stay.

We visited Nuwara Eliya from July 19 to 22, 2025, and during our stay, the area experienced unusually heavy rain, mist, and dense fog. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, we were unable to enjoy the beautiful views outside the bungalow — everything was completely obscured. The bungalow itself didn't seem designed to withstand such damp and chilly conditions. The interior felt extremely cold and damp, and without any heating system in place, it was difficult to stay warm. The beds were especially cold and uncomfortable, and our children had trouble sleeping because of the low temperatures. However, what truly made a difference during our stay was the incredible warmth and kindness of the caretaker and his wife. Despite the difficult weather, they looked after us with genuine care and without hesitation. Their hospitality and attentiveness helped to offset the discomfort we felt due to the weather. In many ways, their support became the highlight of our stay, and we’re deeply grateful for the way they took care of us.

The owner of Amansara Bungalow was extremely helpful and courteous. The Bungalow itself is at a great location with phenomenal views....and equipped with everything possible. Lastly, the Butler Gunasekara is an absolute asset and a gem of a person who is also a great cook.

The bungalow was beautiful and spacious with clean rooms. But what made this stay unforgettable for me is the warmth of the staff. Guna and Nana took care of us like family. They cooked us hearty and delicious meals taking into consideration our preferences and restrictions. They are the sweetest hosts I've met. I would visit the place again despite the roads if I travel to Srilanka again. 10/10 just for the hosts :)

The drive to the bungalow was harsh. We were in a large van and the road was too narrow with sharp turns that was extremely difficult to maneuver with a van. Luckily we had an exceptional driver who managed to get us there safely. Another thing that could be improved is the heating in the bungalow. They had portable heaters that wouldn't heat for really long.

The interior of the place was amazing as the place was somewhat of a modern wood home. The staff are also amazing as they were eager to help us and were super friendly. The dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations and is one of if not the best food we had ever try. 100% recommend

The staff were very friendly and kind. The only problem is they provided 2 heater and still the rooms were cold and we're unable to sleep properly. Also, it was windy outside and it was very loud at late night. The food was excellent. Staffs did everything we asked for and the place was very clean.
