The location was perfect for me and the staff were always very helpful.

The arcade machines didn’t work after putting money in. There were some bugs in the room.

Nothing when we arrived and went to have a diner we was terrified of hat we saw dining area was messy furniture was scratched and look old the entire place looks fulfilled meals was not terrible

Honest review. Book it ! We’ve arrived and checked in! As soon as we got here, we were given our room key. It didn’t work at first, but it was sorted within 10 minutes, so no big issue at all. Our Room The room is very spacious. There’s a sofa that converts into two single beds, plus another room with two separate beds. The beds are quite firm, so we’ve asked for a mattress topper 🙂 In the main room there’s a TV, fridge, and microwave, which is really handy. The bathroom is a good size and comes with a hairdryer (I thought it didn’t work at first 🤭 but it does — just not the most powerful!). Plenty of towels, lots of toilet roll, and soap provided. The location of our room is perfect — right behind the bar and entertainment area, so everything is close by. Food Breakfast You’ll definitely find something you like. Between us we had a full English, pancakes, egg on toast, and fruit. There are fruit juices on tap too. Edit: freshly made omelettes Snack Bar Breakfast is around 10–11am (I think), then from 12 onwards there are chicken nuggets, burgers, sausages, chips, and salad. There’s mayo and ketchup available, plus cakes and fruit. Evening Meal Again, there’s plenty of choice. We had beef in gravy with chips (or mash) and vegetables. There was also salad, pasta, salmon, and ham & cheese pie. Drinks All drinks are served in paper cups, and there’s lots to choose from. Pool I haven’t been in myself yet, but the kids were in all day yesterday and absolutely loved it. Entertainment There’s always something going on around the pool during the day. In the evening there’s a mini disco for the kids, and last night they had a Greatest Showman performance. It’s not West End level, but we definitely enjoyed it! I’ve seen quite a few reviews mentioning plates and cups left everywhere. Personally, I haven’t noticed loads.

La limpieza, 6 días y una sola limpieza. Las escaleras ni las barrian. Comida repetitiva.

Студени ДЕТСКИ басейни с липсващи плочки в тях, никаква хигиена в ресторанта, персонала на хотела не знае английски, комуникация 0. Основно пържена храна, сурови пици и изсъхнали зеленчуци! ПЪЛНО е със хлебарки, които са огромни и се разхождат навсякъде!
