First walk into the room was not very impressed , bathroom was cleaned properly.. anyway when I go to the receptions, they say they will stand someone, but nothing will be done and change. it's feel like they don't care what you say. Or they was not interested at all.

The size of the rooms are big for 2 people. Some staff were friendly. The entertainers were lovely.

The hotel overall is run down, lots of things falling apart or needing renovated. Many guests unfortunately are not considerate so leave a lot of mess behind and some staff more than others try their best but overall cleaning and hygiene is not great. Also room keeping was strange, they come and change the bed after one day (which isn't even necessary) but then don't clean the floors properly or replace towels and the towels don't seem to be washed properly as they smell funky.

Staff excellent.

Food poor. Steps and area OUTSIDE room never cleaned.

Place was run down and dirty. Food was awful. Not as advertised

Me forzaron la puerta de la habitación, por la noche peleas en la habitación de al lado y no vino el vigilante, la piscina se habían hecho caca y toda sucia de basura por de bajo de las hamacas etc y no me solucionaron el problema y me fui a otro hotel para poder disfrutar de mis vacaciones 😡
