The bed was super uncomfortable to sleep, linen sheets were too old and the mattress was too soft.

Все отлично, жаль завтрак в отеле с 9:00, а выезд был ранний. Спасибо персоналу.

Всё понравилось. Чистый, тёплый и светлый номер. Отличный персонал, всё рассказали, дали рекомендации куда сходить на ужин, ответили на все вопросы. В отеле также есть большая кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым, можно самостоятельно приготовить еду. Чай, кофе без ограничения. Спасибо!

That was our first stay in Georgia. We have lot of expectations. But the tall staff in the hotel was very very rude.The most funny part is the booking site photos and real hotel room is extremely different.The room size is very small and bedsheet are not washed recently. The most terific experience is when we placed our belongings and we plan for a walk. So we went outside the room at that time the staff ask our key. I told him our belongings are inside. But he didnt mind. So we change our plan I stay inside the room and my husband went outside. During that time I feel very bad. Not recommended Guyz otherwise change the staff or his attitude. The host must be good welcoming otherwise guest have a very bad impression about the country and the natives.

The staff were kind . Hotel was not in Down Town but it was possible to access within 10 minutes riding or by bus station near the hotel . I booked Economy Room but they gave me Standard one .

Breakfast was not as expected . It was just a few simple Items . When I entered the room , The room was too cold , but it solved by hotel staff .
