Nice hotel from outside and inside, few tables in back garden.brekfast was very tasty and helpful staff. Shop and fast food round the corner. Great location.

The beds were a bit squeaky, but all the rest 9 from 10 😀

It was clean in the room and the bathroom.

Overall it was a horrible experience. - The address is wrong in the description. The pin on the map is correct, but the street name and number are not at all. This caused a lot of confusion with the taxi driver and the delivery I ordered. - My room was right in front of the reception and the street door. It was insanely noisy. The staff was talking via loudspeaker at 00.00 to someone on their phone not even trying to lower their voice, the door slammed all the time till very late at night. Either move reception further away from the rooms or mind people might be trying to sleep after 23.00? - The receptionist was smoking outside with the front door open and all the smoke going directly to my room. It smelled disgusting. - There is 0 sound isolation with the neighboring rooms either, you could hear every word of neighbors spoken. - The mattress is a cheap disaster. - The pillows should be thrown away, awful. - The bedsheet was too small for the bed and had to be constantly adjusted. - The curtain is too short and does not cover the whole window. It is also not fixed properly,so when I tried to move it left or right it just started coming off the rail. - There was breakfast included in my rate. No one mentioned it, told me where or when it is supposed to take place. - Checkout was at 11.00, but they knocked at 10.30 to "remind" me. No, thanks, I am an adult person aware of time, I do not want to be disturbed while packing and getting ready and stressed with pressure. I stayed in over 15 hotels and short-stay flats in Tbilisi in the past 4 years. This is my worst experience, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Room is in below ground floor because of that no sunlight passes through the room!

Brudny pokój, nawet zasłony czymś ubrudzone, lepiąca się podłoga, łazienka jakby nie umyta po poprzednich lokatorach, klimatyzacja nie działa, prześcieradło brudne, za małe do łóżka, materac powyginany; bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z zewnątrz jak i z wnętrza „hotelu”. Śniadania dostępne tylko 9-10 więc jak ktoś chce wcześniej wyjść na wycieczkę to już nie skorzysta z zapłaconego śniadania. Obsługa średnio mówi po angielsku i jakby była w pracy za karę. Lokalizacja na uboczu w nieciekawej okolicy. Nie polecam.
