Incredible spot, perfect view, friendly staff!!!

It would be very nice if some equipment, furniture, etcetera could be renewed. For example, in our room front piece of our bathtab has been dislocated, and we were trying to assemble it back. Nevertheless, it's our old time classic Fillipion of our beautiful city and we will continue to love it.

Very good cocktail by a very nice barman. Very accommodating staff. The view from our room is breathtaking. Location is perfect for nature lovers

The hotel is a little old. Would be perfect with a few renovations. Grounds could be a bit cleaner

My wife had a pollen allergy and the first room was stuffy and some appliances did not work, our request was taken on and we were offered to move to another room. The person in the reception handled the request with understanding, we really appreciate that. The view is really good and the breakfast.

The hotel needs some renovation and freshening up.

I am answering for one of my colleague who was relocated in the evening from our previous accomodation. I booked the room on her behalf, so I am getting the questionair (but she filled me in, so I am passing on her opinion). The room was clean and comforting, some parts could have been freshened up on style, these last few years, but in a way that is also its beauty. The air was crisp and refreshing, the breakfast was great, and all in all it was an honest/fair value for money deal.

There was an event, so there was loud music reaching the room from the event. Not too invasive but it was "in the picture" so to speak. Entrance area could easily be improved alot if they took some time and effort in doing it. A few bushes and a pavement you get a whole new entrance for very very little money.

The staff went above and beyond, suppose, they tried to mask all the drawbacks of the hotel. Even didn’t offer a single bottle of water!!!
