So clean, kind staff, nice location

Generally a very nice hotel. The staff was also very friendly

We were not able to sleep due to several construction side nearby. The work more or less the whole night.

Great location close to groceries and restaurants not too far from shopping too!

Love the convenient location in San Jose - close to the beach, to the old centre and to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff are super attentive and very helpful. El Patron, the resident cat is ever present, but never intrusive adding a certain dignity to the establishment

Very unigue and modern with a Mexican flair.

Wer nicht so viel Wert auf neu, modern und Luxus legt und ein kleines Hotel bevorzugt, kann sich hier wohl fühlen. Wir waren schon in einigen Boutique Hotels und dieses hier gehört eher zur Kategorie Altbau = Boutique. Ja es gibt hand gemalte Bilder aber sonst keine nennenswerten Besonderheiten. Dabei wäre es so leicht, zum Beispiel eine Kaffee/Tee/Wassertheke einzurichten… Unser Zimmer war schön hell, hatte nicht zu weiche Matratzen und es gab genügend Platz. Das Bad war etwas klein, die Dusche hatte schnell warmes Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und an der Rezeption wird gutes englisch gesprochen.

Kein Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer, ein kleines bisschen zu sehr abgewohnt.

esta muy limpio, para el precio es un lugar muy bonito y muy limpio y la dueña es muy amable

no esta tan cerca de la playa como pensábamos, pero sigue estando a solo 7 minutos de Palmilla lo cual se me hace ideal

It was a very clean room, and close to a couple of restaurants.

There are no amenities and for the same price I could have stayed at a Hyatt up the street with amenities- coffee maker but no coffee, no pool, nothing special to make it a “boutique “ hotel, no warm water in shower, beach was not swimmable- closed due to rough conditions, lots of construction, not very friendly staff.
