La ubicacion es muy buena, a unos pasos de una avenida que te lleva al centro de San Jose De Los cabos y a un par de cuadras hay restaurantes, tiendas tipo oxxo y Fresko, el trato del personal es super amable, nos prestaron sombrilla, hielera y toallas de playa sin costo extra¡¡¡la habitacion esta muy comoda con una vista parcial del mar el cual esta muy muy cercas,

They provide a coffee maker, but no coffee. Not much to do within walking distance.

Quaint, good location, quiet and clean.

A comfy chair in the room would be nice.

It was an easy walk to the grocery stores and some nice restaurants were right around the corner or within a block or two. The Cynthia Organic restaurant nearby was healthy and delicious. It was a bit hard to find the beach by myself, but staff were able to point it out despite my rusty Spanish skills. Rooms were clean and a decent amount of space. More tranquil location and a 5ish minute walk to the beach.

A bit of construction nearby. Obviously not the hotels fault. And it was not right next to the hotel and they waited til a bit later in the morning. So not terrible.
