"The hotel was perfect for my stay as I have friends in the area. Close to the fantastic beach."

It is a room only hotel. Very satisfied with my stay and it was what I expected for the price I paid. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Tea and coffee in the room, en-suite and tv.

"It wasn’t great don’t think I would stay here again to be honest"

I liked that it was located near the beach .

I didn’t like how dirty the kettle was . The bed was very uncomfortable some of the plug sockets were in places you couldn’t get to .

"Probably the quietest spot in Gorleston"

The host gave us a friendly welcome and gave us rooms that were comfortable and spacious. The rooms were clean and well presented.

There were a few stains on the walls which could easily be wiped off, for an even better experience.
