Butterfly Villas Nusa Ceningan

A wonderful stay, thank you all. Beautiful villas, big swimming pool and a stunning view. Everything in one place, a secret paradise. What makes it stand out is the hospitality they offer. It’s out of this world. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing view from room and pool, very relaxing and quiet, if your a couple wanting a romantic quiet place to stay with mesmerising views this is your place, has good restaurants with a view close by as well , Christian and Lisa were a lovely couple that hosted my stay that’s so much I really got to unwind in the tranquil setting will defined visit again.

View was incredible! Villas were tucked away in a more secluded area which meant more privacy > we felt like we had this incredible place all to ourselves! Get confident on a scooter an this is the best spot on the island by far!

First night was a little scary as there was no one around and I didn't yet have a scooter or a way to leave > staff helped me with a scooter next morning so after that it was great !

The property is in a fantastic secluded position overlooking the straight between Lambongan and Ceningan, the pool and bungalows look amazing and the view is to die for.

Solo traveller. My room was upstairs in bungalow 2 and there were issues with the flooring which had sub standard repairs and also door locks. Upon arrival I found there were issues with the door locks, which I reported to management. That night once I locked my room I could not unlock it, nor could I unlock the bathroom or verandah ( I was virtually locked in my room) The following morning I again spoke to management who told me I would be moved to the best bungalow on the property as soon as it was vacant and a locksmith would be coming to look at the locks in my room and several other in other rooms. They obviously knew there were issues. When I returned to the property after being out for a couple of hours they informed me the bungalow was not ready yet, so I sat by the pool waiting. I checked several times but it turned out they had put someone else in that bungalow and the one they put me in was not ready until 4.30pm. (The last time I checked about when my room would be ready I found the owner, the manager and some staff laying around having a rest and they said I was just waiting for the room to be cleaned) After all that the bungalow they but me in had issues with the door locking and it was at the far end of the property away from everyone. (not good for solo female traveller in a secluded area) I later found out that other families staying in the same bungalow moved of the room due to the same issues. I was completely ripped off by having a room that was not available and not safe to be in.

Beautiful location with a gorgeous sunrise. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff were great and super helpful, and entertaining hosts.
