Itsy Hotels Shrey'S Inn Mallandur Road

Room was good, washroom was clean, was sufficient for 2 but we were three people and found it smaller for 3.

1. Parking issue :- Property claims parking, but parking was on road side and not private, if locals already occupied space you won’t have space, property owner made us park our car in his another hotel 600m from this place because of which we had to walk every time there. 2. Staff:- Staff was newbie, never available when required, owner manages multiple property so wont be available every time, always had to call them. Never on reception 3. Facilities:- Extra bed provided was just a mattress 1 inch thick. So hard, kettle was not clean. Every time you ask for complimentary water they buy it from side store. 4. Breakfast:- claimed included breakfast, is just idli and vada they bring you from some local tapri.. below average breakfast.

Location near by all tourist destination

No proper parking …Brake fast only parcel avaialble ..

The location was at the city center which made it easy to access medical stores, restaurants, and view points.

The inn was an OYO room which was not mentioned anywhere on the websites. The room and the bathroom did not have proper locks. The curtains and bedsheets were stained and very unhygienic. The bathrooms did not have any toiletries as promised on the website as amenities and we had to buy everything personally. The owner was very nosy and loud, and since our room was on the same floor as the reception, it was uncomfortable. The place doesn't have any parking facilities and the breakfast was bought from outside and served in the room with dirty utensils even after we said we wouldn't want any.
