Itsy Hotels Shrey'S Inn Mallandur Road

There was nothing to like about this horrendous property apart from the location.

Exceptionally bad behaviour by the staff, they are lazy and unhelpful. They charged me extra while leaving the property without prior intimation. I was served oily breakfast which was cold and when I asked them to at least heat it up, they said they couldn't. When I asked to speak to their supervisor, he turned out to be even worse. The room was dirty, the bedsheet looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks. Even the intercom was dead. I had to walk to the reception everytime I needed anything and I had to wait for half an hour while checking out as there was simply nobody at the reception. I can keep going on, but I doubt anything will be done.

No cleanliness, breakfast wasnt good and not well maintained. The door locks were broken. Not worth for money.

It was located above medical laboratory. Room service was bad Rooms were not clean, plates were dirty. Breakfast was not served cleanly, shared pictures of breakfast served Highly overpriced with no permanent person on reception. We had to call on mobile to reach staff.

The room was spacious and clean

No hot water. Poor service. Not well maintained. Locks didn't work.

No food options available in the evening

Owner and staff was friendly, place was in the middle of the city

Bath towels were not given during the stay

BF can not eaten properly. They may have folding dining table. Central location.

No parking. Not a visible entry besides being narrow. Can't get morning coffee before 8.15-8.30
