First of all I don't know how this property got that positive feedback let me give clarity 1. There is no fan available in the room we have to manage air flow with only ac and that too not working properly. 2. The bed was fully spring type so no comfortable position at all 3. The property is built with high quality material but never maintained properly the taps are not working properly and the worst part is we stayed there for 3 nights 4 days but the room service was never given not even a sweeping. 4.they said we offer free breakfast during the stay but never given a single meal

Very good hotel, located in the middle of the city. The staff are very nice, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a great stay and good value for money. Special thanks to Mr. Likith for helping arrange local sightseeing—he arranged a car for us with just one phone call.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The location is excellent—close to all the key attractions and very convenient. A big thank you to Mr. Likith for his kind suggestions and guidance on the best sightseeing spots around Chikmagalur, which really enhanced our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a comfortable and relaxing visit to Chikmagalur
