both the food and the breakfast were very good. The service very friendly. Fortunately there is a busstop directly opposite from the hotel, because it rained a lot and we were on a hiking trip..

The place is very remote. Although the food is very good, the bedrooms are ok, but nothing special. This was a bit disappointing for the price we paid.

Excellent location (right on the Westweg and near ski facilities), extensive leisure facilities (pool, sauna, gym), good food, great outdoor areas, really helpful staff.

The rooms aren't particularly well soundproofed.

Nice location and the staff were friendly.

Out of season, so not much spa facilities. We booked a suite but there wasn't one available. The staff gave us an extra adjoining room.....not really necessary for two of us but they made an effort and reduced the bill.
