Piscina e sauna molto gradite,servizio lettini e asciugamani buono.Stanza accogliente ma un piccola e molto calda.Il sapone del bagno e doccia un rompicapo capire come usarlo. Ristorante buono.Colazione ottima.

Non hanno Menu ristorante in inglese e il personale relativamente gentile ti parla in tedesco e devi continuamente chiedere di parlare in inglese (che tralaltro parlano anche abbastanza bene!).prezzo troppo alto x la qualità dei servizi offerti.

we liked the sauna and spa environment

the hotel is old fashioned, the food was basic but in the end it comes all to price to quality ratio which was really out of range. Earlier this week we had comfortable hotels for 20% better prices.

We spent 2 nights in this lovely place. Location is perfect, many hikes and paths are available directly from the hotel, and aprox. 500m from hotel, there is a great sun set view. Amazing to spend a lovely summer night! What was even greater was the personal, especially the owner Mrs. Melanie Ritter. I made a mistake during booking (totally caused by my lack of attention) and she was very understanding and solved the issue right on the spot, without giving us hard time (and in the main season, when hotel is full, so any re-booking gets complicated). All hotel personal was absolutely nice and welcoming, happy to advise/provide tips for hikes in the surroundings. Many thanks for the amazing stay, I would love to come again some time!!

Nice terrace

Pool area underwhelming. Pool small, surrounding pool area not well maintained. Mold in the shower. Fitness area can hardly be called that.

Very good service - polite, courteous, prompt and quick. Value for money for sure.

I wish I stayed there longer
