Our bed was uncomfortable on LHS as if very heavy person had broken a spring. 50 yds of very steep hill on approach to property

La prenotazione è stata effettuata per il bagno privato non specificava che era privato ma fuori la stanza! Alla reception ho contestato e mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto fare il cambio con Booking , la stanza con il bagno in camera c’era pagando una differenza ma il cambio non è stato fatto !!! Attenzione quindi non viene specificato che il bagno privato è fuori e fatiscente!

Clean basic room. Tea/coffee and TV in room. In the centre of town which is good.

Fort William can be tricky to find accommodations depending on the time of year. In our case, we were needing several rooms since we were traveling in a small group. We had no idea this place existed, just up the hill off the main, High Street. The location was very convenient for walking around town and city square. You could literally walk anywhere you wanted in 15 mins. They offered laundry service and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

It is located on a hill so uphill walking is required. Free parking is also very limited but there is a car park directly across from the hotel. There is also no elevator but that's not uncommon in Scotland. None of these things would be considered "dislikes," but they are worth noting if you have mobility issues.

The family room was a good size. Helpful staff

Its a basic hotel. Simple decor and no food.

Die Nähe zur Main Street, war auf Grund der Lage sehr gut. Ebenfalls waren die Besitzer der Lodge sehr freundlich. Die eigenen Parkplätze zur Lodge waren sehr eng, aber immerhin gab es welche.

Der Preis für die Zimmer war, für das was wir erhalten haben, viel zu hoch (Zimmer zu klein, keine Ablagen, nicht mehr wirklich auf dem neusten Stand, hellhörig usw.)
