Staff very helpful with luggage and getting a Taxi for me. Also when I booked they contacted me about booking re stairs seeing if I still wished to book.

Good value, clean, convenient, helpful staff.

Bathroom not in room but across the hall.

Conveniently located near the heart of Fort William. Minutes from train station, restaurants, pubs, stores, etc. And for us--near the end of the West Highland Way. As mentioned by others, the trek up the short but steep hill is a killer after hiking 154 km, but I'm not sure there's a lot that can be done about that. Rooms were basic but clean. Private bathroom directly across the hall was good. Have to give a huge shout out to the heavy water pressure of the shower, which was AMAZING after 7 days of hiking. Much needed relief for my aching muscles.
