Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel

I loved the location the fact it had a pool and the restaurant inside. I loved the staff they helped allot with every concern I had.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't 24 hours and I did not like that I reserved a king suite and got a 2 bed queen but it wasn't a big deal and the difference was refunded after I asked about it. They were very helpful through out the process

It would be great to have a breakfast buffet. Restaurant for breakfast has a very poor menu

Jim Z in the Sheraton Club Lounge was absolutely wonderful. Each morning, he provided attentive, thoughtful service that made our experience truly enjoyable. He consistently went above and beyond for our group, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jim, for delivering such outstanding customer service!

Need better lighting in the bathroom especially around the mirror.

I always stay here for work and while it is aesthetically updated, it is starting to look very worn and is always dirty. Dust is always very prevalent in the rooms and vents in the bathrooms have a film of dust coming out of the vents. It would be a better stay if they would be more attentive to the cleanliness

Very expensive hotel to not have free breakfast but I knew before going.

Its location.

It was absolutely filthy. The female restroom near the conference room was disgusting. The room was shabby, with questionable plumbing eg sink and toilet not draining; toilet paper holder hanging off wall; towels smelled. Nothing grand about this hotel and unfit to bear Sheraton name. I’m totally shocked.
