Surya Lombok Accommodation

I never leave bad reviews but this was very upsetting as a solo female. Not as advertised. No breakfast included making it expensive for the area - but since they stated having a sauna, indoor pool and fitness center I thought that was why. However none of these facilities existed. The property was uncontactable and the staff has no idea what I was asking about. Then, on my second night a man with a key to my room unlocked my door and tried to enter TWICE while I was sleeping. And then returned again and hovered with a light for a while. I had to push all furniture against the door for the night to feel secure until I could leave safely by daylight. Then staff contacted me, ignoring my questions and concerns but telling me they couldn’t find the key I left for the room when I left - clearly there is a security issue. It was a very challenging experience. I have stayed at better accommodations in the area for less money and better facilities.

Nobody went to the swimming pool; it's more of a basin than a swimming pool! 😄

Bathroom needs a window

Really good location to the beach (under 10min walk) and very helpful staff. Good laundry service.

The AC wasn’t very good so was quite warm at times. Also has a lot of bugs/insects coming in and out of the room even with the door closed, there was also a window in the bathroom without glass which didn’t help.

Very kind staff and helpful with taxi service.

No free bikes, there was confusion with this. The staff also didn’t know who we were upon arrival.
