Shower pressure, AC in one of the two rooms wasn’t good but they bought us a fan.

No Air-con. Room sooo hot 🥵. Do not stay here. jangan tidur di sini. Schlaf hier nicht. ne dors pas ici. non dormire qui. no duermas aquí. Owner appeared friendly but it was just a smile, not genuine. On arrival He gave us a free coconut from his tree. When we went to the room it was very very hot 🥵. We turned on the Aircon and went out for 40minutes. When we came back it was still very very hot. The owner offered us a new room. It was the same. Very hot. The Aircon was just moving hot air around the room. It was set to 16 degrees, but the temperature remained at 27 degrees. The owner agreed we could cancel and get a refund on booking.com because the air con did not function. But then he pretended the request for a refund did not come through from booking.com. . When I looked at his phone, he had not logged into his account. Not trustworthy.. do not stay here.

Comfy bed. Nice table and chairs outside room. Ten minute walk from the beach.

Air conditioning didnt work. This made for a very uncomfortable stay and made sleeping difficult. Bathroom tap would leak unless the water was turned off under the sink. Poor WiFi. Lots of small spaces for lizards and insects to enter the room. After checking in and realising the Air conditioning didn't work, the staff member suggested this was due to the warm outside weather. When returning to inform the staff member that the Air conditioning was not cooling the room at all, he ignored me even after numerous "hello's". The staff member could be seen lying down and watching videos on their phone. The other staff members at the property were pleasant.

· Awesome service and staff are very friendly.. Hotel is chic and very European vibe. The service is outstanding as well. This is a must recommended hotel. They made things easier for us and everything is within the district easy access to all the shopping haven and food

It’s a shortish walk to the beach, the rooms are great.

Same comment as most. I think they try you out in the room that the A/C severely underperforms, then if you say something they change you, no problem. It’s not a pool but who cares.
