Thermae Boetfort Hotel

The spa facilities were great. The grounds were really lovely

The water in the bathroom sink was not potable which made it difficult to brush teeth etc. we feel there wasn’t enough water stations around the spa areas to refill water bottles. Some of the reception staff were quite rude.

Het bijgebouw ligt aan de straat en stoep waar mensen langsrijden/lopen en staan te roken/kletsen Elke keer als je de kamer verlaat en je de kaart in de reader stopt gaat de tv aan en als je de badkamer inloopt gaat het licht vanzelf aan en pas na een tijdje weer uit, lastig als je ‘s nachts naar het toilet gaat en je partner vol in het licht zet. Kamers nieuw en schoon maar vrij klein. Restaurant heel gedateerd en het eten, vooral voor dat geld, niet lekker.

Douche fixe au plafond... c'est un peu rudimentaire

Nicht bequemes ( sehr weiche Matratze und sehr dicke Decke ) Bett.
