De kamer was in orde. In de badkamer weinig plaats voor toiletgerief te plaatsen. Geen mengkraan.

Het ontbijt was pover. Er stond een schaal met gekookte eieren. Er onder stonden twee bordjes met 'zachtgekookte eieren' en 'hardgekookte eieren'. Voor ons wat dit niet duidelijk. Toen ik vroeg aa de medewerker wat de zachtgekookte eieren waren, begreep hij het niet. Niet in het nederlands, niet in het frans en niet in het engels. Ik nam hem mee en toonde wat het probleem was. Hij ging de chef halen. Die vroeg wat ons probleem was. Toen herhaalde ik mijn vraag. Ik vroeg of we twee zachtgekookte eitjes konden krijgen. Hij ging weg zonder een antwoord. Na een half uur hadden we nog steeds geen eitjes gezien. Ik vroeg nog eens aan de medewerker naar de eitjes Hij kwam twee spiegeleitjes brengen???

Staff della reception sgarbato e poco attento al cliente. Non mi hanno risolto un problema

We liked the spa itself, it was nice. We liked that from the spa could go bathrobes on in the restaurant and eat and drink. The room in another house was clean and nice.

- The staff was mostly terribly rude and arrogant and bad behaving. Few men were quite nice but especially the dark haired girl in the reception was terrible every time we saw her. - I asked before during booking the room glutenfree bread. I got an answer that they got it. When the first breakfast came there was no glutenfree bread, it "was ended." They couldn´t get it even for the second morning, luckily I had my own breads. - During the spa I needed to get rapidly something from the car which was outside the reception 30 meters away. I wore a bathrobe and was going but I was stopped and told not to go. I have a diabetes and I really needed to rapidly visit the car but no way. I told them that it takes a minute but no, I should have gone back down, wear my clothes and then come back. That was stupid and rude, they should use their judgment a bit better... - Restaurant staff was relatively nice but they couldn´t understand what glutenfree means and couldn´t answer when we tried to ask what food was glutenfree or possible to make glutenfree. - There was lunch every day and it read on the menu and also in a separate plackade. It was supposed to last until 4pm. We went to eat at 3pm but were told that there were no lunch. Then we had to buy much more expensive food from the a´la carte.

De rust in de wellness, niet veel volk,perfect weer.

Er zijn meer rituelen in het naaktgedeelte dan in het beklede gedeelte. Daarnaast was het bed te hard.

Breakfast was great and especially having diner and breakfast inside the castle was special. the spa and sauna's and massage were also fabulous.

Les jardins, les piscines, les saunas, l'accueil, l'accès, le parking tout était très bien. Les avions sont là, j'ai eu peur des commentaires mais franchement pas dérangeant.

La chambre Deluxe à 206€ se trouve au dessus de bureau du personnel avec un plancher entre les deux. A 6h du matin je les entendais parler. La chambre Deluxe n'est pas a proprement dit dans le château mais à l'entrée, le long d'une petite route.
