Breathtaker Hotel and Spa

Location great near ski hire and lift line. Access to day spa with steam room and hot tub Lounge was relaxing to unwind at end of the day

Was clean etc and location. Spa was good also. Was good but staff apart from the Receptionist didn’t say hello at breakfast or when passing them in the hotel.

Ordered drinks on first night at the loft and pizza…. 30min later went to ask where our drinks were… bar tender had forgotten. Bar staff weren’t friendly. Room was super small, hard with bulky jackets etc. dining area was written in description…. It was a small table next to tv. Also TV faced bottom of bed so to watch you have to lay where your feet normally would.

Trip started off with a breeze utilising the snowlime transfer service. Staff were so helpful at all times, they even accommodated our order of 4 slices of bread via room service so we could make the kids a sandwich one afternoon. Location is perfect for kids going to ski school. I stayed at Breathtaker 25 years ago for my first ski holiday with my parents when i was a child, which fostered a love of snowsports for myself. This time round I took my wife, 3 & 1 year old daughters to the snow for the first time and it was a perfect first snow trip for our young family which will hopefully be one of many.

Pool facilities could have been a bit cleaner

the staircase in the suites were a bit dangerous and bunk beds were not that comfortable

The location was very close to the main chair lift and easy walking distance to the snow. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view.

When advertised as a 3 bedroom property I was expecting it to be bigger. It was very compact. There was also no lift which made it hard with kids. Limited food options in the room service menu. Also for a 3 bedroom suite there is only 1 toilet! The rooms were also very noisy you could hear absolutely everything.
