The motel owner's untrained German Shepard Escaped and was running between the rooms harassing guests. I'm kind of a dog whisperer so I was able to calm her down and catch her myself. So that felt kinda cool

Once I caught the dog & helped the owner get it inside, I told her I needed to check out ASAP, as I had already been waiting 1 hour to.check out with no one at the front desk, so I asked her to please meet me there NOW now that we'd secured her dog. She then disappeared for another 40 minutes, so it took nearly 2 hours total to get my $10 CASH ONLY room key deposit back & check out. Also, early in the afternoon prior, before we arrived, I called and asked the manager if breakfast was provided, and he said "Yes I bring Fresh Donuts, Coffee, and Fruit... There was a bag a lays, a day old pot of coffee, and one rotting banana. FYI - inside the door to every room is a big sign with "No Refunds" so after you see the state of the room & turn around to say "no thank you; we'll find another hotel" you already know your $¢®3w3d. X'D
