Room was filthy and barely cleaned

Absolutely nothing the staff is Inept and not honest

disgusting disgusting disgusting the lady opened the room for me. I took a look at the room for one second and I left even a rat cannot live in that room.

Old dirty disgusting this property should not be on Booking.com

Privacy was our main concern and we did get that

We left as soon as we got there. It is fraud, non-refundable! Do not go there. Booking.com does not answer the calls… honestly, run from both booking.com and this place. The sheets have not been changed, like dirty smelly sheets, with hair on pillow, the dirty napkins stuck and left behind, the warms and snails crawl on the wall in the bathroom, prostitutes outside soliciting you. I have never felt more unsafe or gross… I rather sleep in the car than at this place. My desire to stay on the budget got backfired and I ended up renting a room in the middle of the night few blocks away at Marriott.

I used this hotel before because it was cheap but this time she charged me as if it wasn't an old run down motel. I could have stayed in a nicer place.

It didn't have aworking tv,, airconditioner or refrigerator, no microwave as in previous visits. It is also inconvenient if you don't have a car. There is a Hilton right up the road. Crystal Inn is more convenient it is by the shops and bus.

There was nothing I liked

Too much stuff in the room. Could move in-between beds. The shower was extremely moldy along with the shower curtain. The light in the bathroom didn't work. No top sheets for one of the beds. Only one outlet to plug anything into. Picture showed a pool but I'm assuming it hasn't worked for a few years.
