Isenburger Hof

I arrived in the evening. I anounced it.Reception was empty and some phone nr. were at the door. Both nr. were out. I had to look for nr. on web. I think it is big lack and big problem and stress for customer.

the Location is good but breakfast not existing

when I arrived the door was locked and a note was on the door with 2 tel numbers to call. I called and a man said is there nobody at the reception and I said that's why I call the door is locked, after 10 minutes a man arrived opened the reception gave me a key and left again and said when I check-out to drop the key in a mailbox. No service at all no info about wi fi the room looked like a hostel, old beds and furnitures, nobody around for service at all. all this was around 6pm. after a long flight from Canada

Location is very central

Dirty. Toilet not clean. Crusty dirt and dust on floor, which had not been cleaned for weeks.

Absolutely wonderful place, perfect value for money. Very comfortable bed, clean, queiet place
