Very good hotel, staff were very good, from the breakfast staff to dinner to the bar staff. Very clean hotel.

Everyone is different so you can't please everyone everytime but strangely it matched how I like my breakfast so it was exceptionally prepared.

We love staying at the Shore any chance for a staycation we always look there first. Staff are always friendly even when they are busy. Food is lovely ( high praise from a qualified chef)

The breakfast was lovely as was the lady who served us every morning. She started our morning off with a smile and helped us with anything we needed. The location was great as the bus stop was literally opposite the hotel which allowed us to travel to all parts of the Isle. We saw seals from the hotel and we had a beautiful sea view from our bed. The bathroom was great and the shower had great water pressure, had a shower or bath almost every night we stayed! The food was great as were the staff and the facilities. So cozy and welcoming I can't thank them enough for such a lovely stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

There is barely anything to fault at this hotel as it was so welcoming and cozy and the staff were very sociable and helpful. One of the things I would change would be the bacon at breakfast (very minor thing to change) although the breakfast was lovely and I had it every morning, it was tough some days and having braces made it harder to eat it sadly. But it was still lovely and didn't stop me from ordering it every morning!

Very comfortable, great team, great food.

Only issue was the wifi which tended to drop off or be stuck buffering ordinary web pages(not videos or films) possibly because we were on the top floor and/or, as we were told, because the hotel is situated in a bay. The wifi seemed to work fine downstairs in the bar/ restaurant
