Shore Hotel

Very friendly greeting, spacious sea view room and delicious meals of very generous portions. The restaurant is rightly very popular with the locals, so best to book a table with your room.

The location was quiet, to the South of the island which suited us well, but might be an issue to those who want the 'city lights' and don't have a car. Bus service stops right outside though..! The hotel/bar is efficiently run, with rooms of excellent quality. A good choice for breakfast, with knowledgeable staff always on hand to help any way they could. We'll done. Recommended.

Certainly not a problem for us, as we are used to this at home, but, as I mentioned that the bus stops outside, it does mean that the hotel is on an 'A' road, which allows for a little road noise. The whole premises is double glazed, which does block out most noise but on a hot night, you might need the windows open, a little..!

Very comfortable and friendly. Brilliant breakfast.

Perfect location, great facilities, great staff and fantastic food. Couldn't ask for anymore. Definitely want to return.
