Shore Hotel

1. It was a lovely cottage with super view of the ocean. The house was so well equipped with necessary things . The kitchen had everything you would need when you travel like oil, tea, sugar, salt, butter, pepper. I have stayed at so many cottages and always thought why can't anyone provide these basics to cook as tourist wont carry them and this house had it all. 2. Bathrooms were very clean with body wash provided which again most cottages miss 3. Location is superb and nearby town center also 4. We checked in 1hr early as reached early and the host was very kind to give us the keys.

Nothing really but we could not on the heater when we felt cold as could not adjust the thermistor

The location is ideal for exploring the south of the island, the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant meals also. The view over the beach and coastline is wonderful.

The rooms look onto the road which is quite busy early morning with associated traffic noise

We had wonderful views over Gansey Bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and all the facilities in our room were great including a small sofa and a spacious en suite The food was exceptional and we loved the freshly cooked breakfasts. We were travelling with our dog and they are truly dog friendly arranging tables for us in the bar whenever needed. All the staff were great - relaxed and friendly and very helpful.. We all really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We were thoroughly delighted with the hotel in every way. Our room was amazing - triple aspect looking out over the sea. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made such a fuss of our little dog as well which was so nice. We ate in the bar each night and the food was exceptionally good and the choice was amazing. If we ever return to the Isle of Man, we would definitely stay here again without doubt.
