4th time staying here, but that’s purely based on location, however that will be the last, rather stay further a field tbh

Getting ignored by staff countless times, rather stand there chatting than serve. Even when you say hi they just keep walking without as much as a smile. Food very poor again but more so this time, fish & chips hard to get wrong but they do, mushy peas so dry and stale almost like powder. Fish was on a bed of grease. Chips ok. Real shame as it perfect location for work when I’m there.

The location was excellent for visiting Hever Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated.

The music in the bar was very loud resulting in everyone having to also speak loudly to be heard. The food was very expensive for what you received and breakfast was very disappointing.

Clean room and bathroom, easy check-in and check-out, polite staff, good communication through Booking.

The door lock was loose and without a handle, all the other rooms had one. Another very annoying thing is the lack of responsibility for the cars parked in the hotel carpark. Very noisy during the night because the hotel is located on the main road.
