Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. Great pub downstairs and the bar food was delicious. We didn't try the restaurant as we had a booking down the road for Thai food.

There was nothing to dislike

Sfeervolle Inn, vriendelijke medewerkers. Gezellige kamer.

Restaurant rook niet fris, we vermoeden een probleem met de riolering. Wat achterstallig onderhoud in de kamer, afbladderende verf.

Staff lovely as always. Excellent breakfast.

Low water pressure in the bathroom

Location, it’s a nice pub. Food is good. Nice outdoor seating.

Rooms need refreshing looking shabby now. Have stayed here a couple of times before. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning in our room , went down stairs was told no electricity in some sockets and no gas in kitchen? Was told no breakfast but there was tea coffee and juice on table to help ourselves. Although breakfast was included we weren’t offered anything else or reimbursed. We left and I emailed the head office who told me to ring the property which I did. I was told by the duty manager that they had no gas so no hot food and we should have been offered a cold alternative and she will look into it and get back to me( one week on still waiting) As for no hot water in room she told me that there was no problem in that room? Strange as I run the taps and the shower and it was definitely cold? Understand things happen but attitude was disgusting. Won’t be returning.

Great place with great food Comfortable and clean

Very nice location, letting to enter into the local atmosfere. People were so kind. We ha a dinner there, so mucho appreciated. Also the breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Nice location right on the common with access to the woods. My ancestor took Edward ii's sceptre from him when he forced his abdication, thats why I chose to stay there seeing the name. See last picture.

Traffic was busy but it was a automotive hotel back in yhe day I note. Could of done with second set of keys/card but didn't ask so nevermind. No toilet brush if needed. Partner an ex cleaner, we noticed fluff left on carpet and no shower mat after room service and bits behind bedside unit on arrival but didn't impact on our stay.
