The staff were good

The rooms are hot. The bathroom smell like sewer. The fans does not work its very hot at night. The bathroom was tiny and it had cockroaches. The bed were horrible there are no elevators I have asthma so walking up the stairs were bad.

No desayuné

Nada todo bien

Hotel Alajuela is in an increfible location, near the Central Park, where all the buzz is. The area has multiple restaurants and stores, people walking and it is pretty safe. The room was clean and the was friendly.

The only thing I would change is that the whole building needs an overhaul and severe renovation to bring it to the 21st Century.

El parqueo no se encuentra dentro del mismo recinto. Se encuentra a unos 250 metros del hotel.

Absolutamente nada! Las instalaciones están en pésimas condiciones higiénicas

Todas las instalaciones están viejas, sucias, un lugar incómodo para dormir, la higiene es pésima

Solo la ubicación

El personal muy poco atento y pesados al atender. No tienen secador de pelo mientras que lo tienen en la publicación. El desayuno se veía poco higiénico y la bulla al ser muy céntrico es imposible dormir tranquilo, además que se escucha todo de las otras piezas. Pero todo eso no sería nada, si sus anfitriones atendieran correctamente, son personas muy desagradables.
